Vyaire Medical Sr. Engineer, Product in Hoechberg, Germany

Sr. Engineer, Product

  • Developing and optimizing manufacturing processes in order to manufacture the Vyaire products under economical conditions with high quality

  • Accompany of developments and designs in order to ensure their manufacturing capability

  • Development of test procedures and systematics

  • Leading Engineering projects like supplier transfers, cost reductions and make or buy calculations

  • Searching for new production technologies

  • Sustaining of our Vyaire products

  • Transferring of new developed products (NPIs) to serial production

  • Test equipment sustaining and maintenance used for medical equipment/devices/systems

  • Close collaboration and communication with product sustaining team and internal stakeholders in order to guarantee an integrated solution

  • Technical support for production department, purchasing, R&D, QRA, external suppliers and institutes

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher with mechatronic or electrical background

  • Experiences in

  • Project work

  • Problem solving techniques

  • Sensors and actuator technology

  • Analytical and structures approach

  • Medical device sector desired

  • Understanding of quality standards ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FD 21 CHR Part 802 as well as MDR desired

  • Knowledge in

  • ERP System and MS Office

  • Circuit diagram design and reading

  • Oral and written English language skills
